About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our HR team. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and coordination with employees and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
    • Handle full & final settlements, reimbursements, and related transactions.
  • Employee Data & Records:
    • Maintain attendance, leave, and salary data.
    • Update and manage employee master database with accuracy.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Prepare and share payroll reports with management.
    • Liaise with Finance and HR teams for statutory filings.
    • Address employee payroll queries with clarity and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/HR/Finance or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
