Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients on a regular basis through phone calls, emails or meetings to understand their requirements
  • Respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct ideation meetings with internal teams and clients to provide best possible options
  • C Coordinate with creative teams for ongoing projects, proofread and cross-check assignments before sending them to clients
  • Implement innovative ways to keep clients engaged with the company and provide value for money experience
  • Cultivate solid relationships with clients by creating exceptional communication and providing prompt services
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals
  • Maintain proper records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company
  • Keep higher management updated and give presentations when needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate from any discipline
  • Specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and Communications or Media will be an added advantage
  • 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energy and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets
  • An urge to think out of the box and eagerness to learn new things
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
  • Strong analytical skills and updated knowledge of the field
