The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of current marketing trends, and be passionate about driving business growth.

As a marketing professional, you will play a key role in coordinating with sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in developing and implementing B2B marketing campaigns to support company goals.
  • Conduct basic market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to support campaign delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO and SEM.
