Job Title: Sales Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and working closely with existing customers and distributors in the allocated area.

You will identify areas for continuous improvement and implement efficient and smart ways of working. You will also use market and consumer knowledge to actively seek new opportunities and manage local projects and customer requirements.

A strong understanding of the Fragrance industry is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or marketing and possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and proficiency in the local language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new customer relationships and work closely with existing customers and distributors.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement efficient and smart ways of working.
  • Use market and consumer knowledge to actively seek new opportunities.
  • Manage local projects and customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and possess a positive 'Can Do' attitude.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing within the Fragrance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and proficiency in the local language.
  • A strong understanding of the Fragrance industry.
