Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our Borders products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed product roadmaps, including release planning, sprint goals, and grooming for multiple development projects.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze product-related problems, make informed decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to meet business deliverable commitments.
  • Work in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, decoding technical requirements, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and delivering scope and backlog items (epics/features).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Portfolio stakeholders, Senior Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams, to integrate best practices into technology.

Mandatory Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 4 years' experience as a significant technology product owner or business analysis function, proficiency in Agile planning tools (Azure DevOps, Aha), high organizational skills, individual initiative, and personal accountability, along with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
