Business Operations Specialist

As a key member of our organization, this role plays a crucial part in driving business growth through the strategic application of data and AI. We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-functional teams in identifying areas where AI and data can have a significant impact.
  • Coordinate communication between business and technology teams to ensure aligned objectives and timely delivery.
  • Track project progress and provide operational support to ensure successful execution.
Performance Tracking & Metrics
  • Develop performance tracking systems and KPIs to measure the success of data and AI initiatives.
  • Analyze and report data to track the impact of AI solutions on business operations.
Project Governance & Risk Management
  • Support project governance processes to ensure timely delivery and scope adherence.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure data security and compliance.
Operational Collaboration
  • Closely work with internal stakeholders to ensure business unit needs are met and AI projects align with organizational goals.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for efficient delivery of data and AI services.
Continuous Process Improvement
  • Help identify areas for continuous improvement within business processes, leveraging AI and data insights.
  • Optimize business processes post-implementation, ensuring AI and data projects meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in supporting AI or data projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with business process management and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
