Healthcare Operations Expert

At the forefront of delivering exceptional healthcare experiences, we seek a highly skilled Healthcare Data & Operations Expert to join our team. This pivotal role entails driving clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient care, and championing data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize clinic workflows by streamlining front desk processes, managing patient assistance, and implementing efficient scheduling systems
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for staff on EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), focusing on registration, records management, and data entry best practices
  • Oversee billing & claims processing, including ICD/CPT coding, claims submission, and error resolution, to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Ensure strict HIPAA compliance for patient privacy and secure messaging
  • Organize, clean, and manage healthcare data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance clinic performance metrics
  • Guide process improvements in patient registration, chart management, data quality, and reporting
  • Build team capability through structured modules covering clinic operations, EHR/EMR navigation, billing, coding, and data management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in healthcare operations and data management
  • Hands-on expertise with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
  • Knowledge of billing & coding standards (ICD, CPT)
  • Experience in HIPAA compliance & patient data security
  • Proficiency in healthcare metrics, reporting, and data quality management
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in training and operational leadership roles is required for this position.
