Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Mandatory working knowledge of Excel (SQL - Good to have).
- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.
