About the Role

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing product data to make informed recommendations.

You will work closely with various departments to monitor product performance and contribute to operations management.

  • Analyze product data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Interview customers to receive feedback and compile product insights.
  • Monitor product performance in the market to meet sales targets.
  • Contribute to product operations such as costing, inventory control, planning, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in working as a Product Analyst in B2B or internet-based products.
  • Proven work experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in database software, strong analytical skills, and relevant training/certifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.
