Senior Consultant Position

This role involves leading a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems. The ideal candidate will apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems.
  • Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems.
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to drive business growth.
  2. Leverage expertise in statistical modeling to inform business decisions.
  3. Create data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and engagement.
  4. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
  5. Design and implement effective data visualization tools to communicate insights.
  6. Maintain and improve existing models to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
