  • Promote excellent application development, support, integration, and data management practices.
  • Provide day-to-day technical leadership, guiding developers in design and coding tasks.
  • Play a key role in hiring and developing technical talent to drive the company's future success.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies to deliver maximum value to customers and the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record of delivering Enterprise-scale applications, with expertise in architecture, framework design, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/GCP/AWS).
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets from diverse sources.
  • Proficiency in Hadoop, Spark, or similar stacks, as well as functional and object-oriented programming languages (Python/Pyspark).
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
