Lead GenAI Strategist

Develop and execute a comprehensive Generative AI strategy for life sciences applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GenAI Roadmap: Create a strategic plan for implementing generative AI models in pharma and biotech industries.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Foster cross-functional teams to align GenAI initiatives with enterprise requirements.
  • Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable GenAI solutions for drug discovery, medical writing automation, clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and real-world evidence generation.
  • LLM Development & Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to develop, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for life sciences applications.
  • Cloud & On-Prem AI Infrastructure: Design GenAI solutions leveraging cloud platforms or on-premise infrastructure while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
  • MLOps & Deployment: Implement best practices for GenAI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management within GxP-compliant environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency in generative AI models while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

  • Experience with GenAI development and deployment in life sciences applications
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to design and develop scalable GenAI solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-prem AI infrastructure
  • Understanding of MLOps and deployment best practices
