Job Title: Forecasting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled forecasting specialist to drive decision-making across multiple functional areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative analytics techniques to drive insights generation across different functions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including country-cross border teams, and develop educational and communication content as required.
  • Actively lead and develop operations associates, ensuring innovative technologies are leveraged.
  • Initiate contracting processes and related documents within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders for project planning, setting up timelines, and maintaining performance standards.
  • Support forecasting activities, pre- and post-forecasting, including updating TM1 PAFE, Excel-based models, testing data push to TM1, creating complex TM1 Planning analytics reports, and validating report working in TM1 web.
About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product commercial forecasting and analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of common databases like IQVIA, APLD, Engagement, and Execution Data.
  • Expert knowledge of Cognos TM1 or IBM Planning Analytics, PAFE, TM1, Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, VBA, SQL, and analytical programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data and business terms, as well as expertise in Microsoft Suites, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
