Internal Auditor is a highly sought-after profession in the BFSI sector, requiring an individual with exceptional analytical and leadership skills. As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting business process reviews, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Internal Audit assignments for clients in the BFSI sector.
  • Develop Risk-Based Audit Plans.
  • Prepare audit scope and work programs.
  • Support teams in fieldwork.
  • Review team members' work.
  • Prepare audit reports.
  • Discuss reports with concerned functional heads.
  • Finalize reports and submit to senior management.
  • Prepare audit committee presentations.
  • Presentation of audit results to pre-audit committees.
  • Track and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Lead projects initiated within teams.
  • Train new and existing team members on auditing and recent developments.

Requirements:

To succeed as an Internal Auditor, you must have:

  • Ability to manage teams (business as well as technical).
  • Ability to perform reviews independently.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of client management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, if needed.
  • Good oral/written communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge to perform technical reviews based on guidance provided.
