Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and integrate AI copilots, intelligent code assistants, and agent frameworks to streamline workflows and improve collaboration between developers, engineers, and security teams.
  • Establish and maintain standards and workflows for the safe and effective adoption of AI in engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Build and sustain a comprehensive AI integration platform that embeds intelligent agents across the development toolchain, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and enforce policies and audit mechanisms for enterprise-grade AI systems, guaranteeing scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI across development toolchains, promoting a unified vision and cohesive strategy.
  • Refine solutions through feedback from developers and scale them globally, driving business growth and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in building or integrating LLM-powered applications, demonstrating expertise in natural language processing and machine learning.
  • Extensive experience with agentic AI frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, MCP, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel), showcasing ability to adapt and innovate.
  • Familiarity with developer tooling and productivity workflows, highlighting skills in collaboration and process optimization.
  • Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in enterprise AI adoption, ensuring robust risk management and regulatory adherence.
  • Passion for human-AI collaboration and improving the developer experience, reflecting commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
