Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing, developing and maintaining scalable data integration solutions. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of robust, secure and high-performing integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end integration flows, ensuring performance, security and compliance.
  • Leverage advanced adapters, orchestration patterns and error-handling frameworks to deliver maintainable and cost-efficient integrations.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Guide junior developers by providing technical mentorship and enforcing best practices.
  • Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.

Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7–10 years in integration development, with strong focus on OIC.
  • OIC Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.
  • Advanced Features: Hands-on experience with advanced OIC adapters, error-handling frameworks, AI/ML-powered insights, and OCI services (API Gateway, Vault, etc.).
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
