Job Title: Enterprise Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the design, implementation, and adoption of data governance solutions across enterprise environments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment and management of data governance solutions for compliance, risk management, and information protection.
  • Define and implement data classification, labeling, and protection policies across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
  • Configure and manage data loss prevention, insider risk management, records management, and eDiscovery in a data governance platform.
  • Integrate data governance with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Assess current data estate, identify compliance gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
  • Support data cataloging, lineage tracking, and metadata management to strengthen governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in data governance, security, or information protection.
  • Strong expertise with data governance platforms, including data classification, labeling, and protection policies.
  • Proven track record with sensitivity labels, retention policies, and data classification frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of security and compliance capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and IT infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to map them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
