India's first AI-enabled semiconductor foundry is leading the development of high-performance computing logic, power management ICs, display drivers, and microcontrollers. We are seeking a leader to spearhead Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) initiatives in our 300mm wafer fab located in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the OPC team in India.
  • Train, recruit, and enable team members for OPC model development.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams with a customer-centric culture.
  • Collaborate with technology transfer partners to transfer OPC methodology.
  • Design and implement an OPC roadmap across various technology nodes.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Optical Proximity Correction with knowledge of lithography processes, tools, and patterning aspects. They should also have expertise in resolving yield-limiting factors and successful application of developed OPC models in production environments.
