Job Description:

This role involves leading a team in the development of optical proximity correction models for semiconductor manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in lithography process development.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and enabling team members to develop high-performance OPC models.

  • Developing OPC roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams on model development
  • Collaborating with technology transfer partners to understand and transfer OPC methodology

Essential attributes include ability to work with cross-functional teams, lead the OPC team, and possess leadership traits.

Qualifications include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Masters & PhD holders are preferred.

Desired experience level includes > 10 years experience in the Optical Proximity Correction area (OPC).

Key skills include knowledge of Lithography process, tools, and patterning aspects, end-to-end knowledge of OPC modeling and application aspects.

This role requires an innovative mindset, ability to adapt quickly to change, and collaborate with internal customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
