Job Overview

Mizuho Global Services is dedicated to creating a global processing center for remotely handling banking and IT operations of Mizuho Bank's offices.

As a Senior Security Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing endpoint security capabilities with Carbon Black EDR tools. Your expertise in threat detection and incident response will be instrumental in enhancing overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead advanced threat detection and response efforts using carbon black EDR across clients' endpoints.
  • Investigate sophisticated security alerts and events to determine root cause, scope, and impact of security incidents.
  • Provide technical expertise to junior analysts (L1, L2s), assisting with incident investigations, analysis, and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, 5+ years experience in MS Defender for cyber security department, Ms defender, EDR Operations, SIEM, SOAR, AZURE, Carbon black.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and information security standards.
  • Expertise in risk management, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
