This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Translating client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments
  2. Handling client engagements with the client team
  3. Articulating brand requirements and communicating them internally
  4. Handling operational job requirements
  5. Minute meetings clearly
  6. FOLLOWING UP WITH INTERNAL TEAMS FOR JOB DELIVERY AS PER TIMELINES COMMITTED
  7. Disseminating information internally while wearing the brand hat
  8. Being the brand custodian

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative
  • Prior experience working in an agency is necessary
  • BFSI/Fintech clients' experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Good time management and organizational skills are essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
  • A deadline-driven and highly motivated individual is needed
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations is crucial
  • Good listening skills are necessary
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential
