This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments
- Handling client engagements with the client team
- Articulating brand requirements and communicating them internally
- Handling operational job requirements
- Minute meetings clearly
- FOLLOWING UP WITH INTERNAL TEAMS FOR JOB DELIVERY AS PER TIMELINES COMMITTED
- Disseminating information internally while wearing the brand hat
- Being the brand custodian
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or Client Service Representative
- Prior experience working in an agency is necessary
- BFSI/Fintech clients' experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Good time management and organizational skills are essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
- A deadline-driven and highly motivated individual is needed
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations is crucial
- Good listening skills are necessary
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential
