
Strategic Relationship Manager

An experienced professional is required to develop and manage client relationships in order to enhance and acquire more assets under management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and personalized service.
- Portfolio Management: Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored investment solutions to meet their needs.
- Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement branding and marketing strategies that support business growth and client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
