Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the international voice industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Six sigma tools, including their application in process improvement and defect reduction.
  • Proven expertise in managing TNA, TNI, and BQ to maintain high-quality standards.
  • An ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, working effectively under pressure.
