Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
- Documentation Management: Maintain, review, and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Audit Support: Provide support to external auditors during audits.
- Employee Training: Train employees on quality procedures and work instructions.
- Customer Communication: Handle customer quality-related queries and concerns.
- Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into customer complaints and identify root causes.
- Corrective Actions: Implement corrective actions to address customer complaints.
- Sales Support: Assist sales teams with quality-related information for tenders and proposals.
- Compliance Data: Provide compliance data for customer presentations and audits.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering).
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
