Job Title: Content Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of content by performing technical checks on files daily, across various file types.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough checks on language subtitles to ensure they conform to industry standards and meet specific client requirements.
  • Verifying subtitles against reference materials related to the project and implementing necessary instructions to guarantee consistency and error-free final products.
  • Maintaining an average quality record of 99% throughout the year, with less than 1% error rate.
  • Updating work trackers to accurately reflect project status.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all projects to clients.
  • Collaborating with our Project Coordinators to implement changes or fixes in languages, based on errors found.
  • Providing constructive feedback to other team members and departments to promote quality measures upstream.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external clients.
