About the Role

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Content Specialist to create and manage our online presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Content Creation & Shoot Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate high-quality brand content shoots to meet marketing goals.
  • Content Curation & Posting: Curate, edit, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
  • Community Engagement & Brand Voice: Manage interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates; integrate them into strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Experience in coordinating shoots and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights.
