Quality Assurance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures compliance with relevant standards, including ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001.
The position involves overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the QMS across various departments. This includes leading internal and external audits, managing corrective actions, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality System Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Audit and Compliance: Lead internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Corrective Actions: Manage corrective actions in response to audit findings or other quality issues. Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on quality procedures, testing standards, and QMS requirements.
- Quality Checks: Conduct periodic quality checks through retesting, inter-laboratory comparisons, intra-laboratory tests, and proficiency testing.
