We are seeking a seasoned Creative Talent Manager to oversee the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  2. Collaborate with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  3. Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships.
  4. Review influencer content to ensure it meets standards before posting.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  6. Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client timelines and deliverables.
  7. Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and influencers' strengths.
  8. Support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  9. Identify and onboard new talent, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
