Talent Acquisition Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our organization. This role is integral to our company's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support the organization's long-term growth and business objectives.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Employee Development and Training: Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field is required.
- 5+ years of proven HR experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
