Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with clients, understands the importance of customer service, and has experience working in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing New Business: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, including establishing clear lines of communication and setting realistic expectations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cross-Selling: Offer tailored solutions to clients, increasing revenue and improving client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A postgraduate diploma in finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a sales or relationship management role.
  • Techno-savvy with excellent computer skills.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a proactive approach to customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have a valid driving license, and own vehicle.
