Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Client Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market research, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the design team to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves attending industry events, networking, and staying updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of market research, prospecting, and lead qualification
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the interior design industry and related markets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or interior design industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events
