Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to pitch the company's products and services.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present solutions and close deals.
  • Manage end-to-end client acquisition and new business acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance, ensuring consistent growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation through social media and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls and emails confidently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and deal closures.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
