Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to pitch the company's products and services.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present solutions and close deals.
- Manage end-to-end client acquisition and new business acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance, ensuring consistent growth.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation through social media and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and emails confidently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and deal closures.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
