Senior Product Designer

Create digital products and services that drive value for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of designing for responsive web and mobile apps.

The ideal candidate has passion for human-centered design and creative problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android native apps, preferably in high-traffic environments is necessary.

Key responsibilities include working across the product lifecycle from early-stage innovation to continuous improvement, reinventing existing products and services, and approaching work with intelligence, imagination, drive, and humility.

Responsibilities also include leading ideation workshops, design reviews, and self-organizing the team. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas, interactions, and flows to stakeholders and clients.

  • Product development or experience design background
  • Hybrid designer with expertise in design research, user experience, interaction, and visual design
  • Experience designing for mobile and web applications, iOS and/or Android native apps
  • Expertise in taking projects from brief to insight-led wireframes and prototypes
  • Strong systems thinker who understands how the pieces connect
  • Keenness to explore the problem space before iteratively exploring solutions
  • Strong communicator visually and verbally
