We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive the successful delivery of technology conversion and support initiatives. This role demands a strong background in project management, exceptional communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek applications.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing technology implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
