We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and configuration of Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career Development Planning (SMCDP) modules in SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows, succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets, and integration points with other SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure PMGM and SMCDP modules including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans, and workflows.
  • Conduct workshops with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps, and propose improvements or best practice solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, 360 review functionality, and data migration.
  • Perform user acceptance testing; manage quality delivery; provide post-go-live support, hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, and managing change requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation including configuration workbooks, functional specs, test plans, user guides, and training materials.
  • Train end users, HR teams, and super-users on PMGM and SMCDP functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SuccessFactors features.
  • Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with relevant policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years in SAP and 5+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in PMGM and SMCDP.
  • Solid experience with at least one full end-to-end implementation of PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  • Proven ability to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance of PMGM and SMCDP.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, and succession planning.
  • Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Strong skills in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM/SMCDP or related modules preferred.
  • Must be available to work onsite.
