About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager to drive sales growth, manage online advertisements, ensure account health, and scale our business across leading marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords).
  • Plan & manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals.
  • Monitor inventory operations, including fulfillment by Amazon and other logistics services.
  • Maintain account compliance with regulatory requirements and customer ratings.
  • Analyze sales data, conversions, margins, and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement competitive insights.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2–5 years' experience in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms, ads, and search engine optimization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and sales analysis.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG or wellness category is preferred.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership.
