Job Title: Digital Marketplace Operations Manager

E-commerce professionals with a passion for optimizing digital marketplaces and driving sales through effective product listing management are ideal candidates for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces to increase visibility and conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords that resonate with customers.
  • Analyze competitor listings and implement improvements based on trends and best practices to stay ahead in the market.
Marketplace Optimization:
  • Analyze performance data, sales trends, and customer feedback to refine product listings for higher visibility and conversion.
  • Conduct competition analysis to inform pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and new product development.
Inventory Management:
  • Ensure timely restocking and dispatching of products to avoid stockouts or overstocking situations.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
Order & Customer Management:
  • Oversee order processing, ensuring smooth and efficient fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
Pricing & Promotions:
  • Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive within the marketplace, adjusting as needed to drive sales and attract new customers.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles to boost sales and customer engagement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews, to assess marketplace performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on performance trends and insights.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product availability and quality.
