Job Overview

This role focuses on managing daily operations across prominent online marketplaces, with a key emphasis on owning the assortment lifecycle and analyzing style performance through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, encompassing assortment planning, inventory management, and timely product go-lives.
  • Owning the assortment lifecycle – ensuring seamless onboarding of new styles, effective visibility, and strategic exits.
  • Analyzing style performance via data-backed analysis – monitoring sales, sell-through rates, margins, return percentages, and stock health.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to guarantee timely execution of product launches, inventory synchronization, and replenishment.
  • Tracking key business metrics such as Daily Run Rate, Gross Merchandise Value, Category-wise Contribution, and Return Rate.
  • Partnering with platform category managers to develop growth strategies, secure visibility slots, and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting season launches, exclusive capsule collections, and liquidation plans.
  • Working closely with catalog and marketing teams to ensure high-quality product content and brand imagery.

This is a critical position requiring strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
