Marketplace Expansion Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to enhance our presence across leading online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics, including onboarding, scaling, optimizing operations, and driving growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and managing product listings across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Driving revenue targets for marketplace channels, identifying opportunities for growth, and building strategies to scale sales.
  • Ensuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generating actionable insights, and building data-led strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with platform requirements and building strong relationships with marketplace account managers.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • A self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
