Support Role Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the Vice Chancellor in academic affairs, including preparing presentations, materials, and meeting minutes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice Chancellor, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate tasks, prioritize duties, and manage competing demands with ease.
  • Develop and maintain data systems relevant to the VC's Office, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the VC's Office and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong digital literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in managing multiple priorities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be well-organized, able to multi-task, and provide exceptional support to the Vice Chancellor and the team.
