Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our IT/OT service delivery within manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IT/OT systems, with a deep understanding of ITIL, IT Service Management, and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:- IT/OT Service Delivery: Oversee and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT/OT systems and technologies, ensuring adherence to ITIL/ITSM principles.
- Manufacturing Units: Provide IT/OT service delivery specifically for manufacturing units, with a preference for experience in mining companies.
- Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and DevOps principles to service operations.
- System Management: Manage Industrial Control Systems (PLC/SCADA/Instruments), Plant Information Management Systems, OPC, and Data Collectors.
- Maintenance: Manage preventive maintenance (SAP PM) and predictive maintenance (AVEVA).
- Communication: Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external partner management, including vendor relationships, contracts, and process optimization.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a member of a virtual and global IT team in a matrix organization.
- Issue Resolution: Ability to work independently or within a team for issue resolution.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT/OT service delivery, with hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong and broad knowledge of OT technologies and industrial control systems, including PLC/SCADA/Instruments.
- ITIL Certification: Recent certification in ITIL v3/4.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP PM, AVEVA, Plant Information Management Systems, OPC, and Data Collectors.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multi-tasking, adaptability, and time-management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in business English.
