Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical complaints, rectifying defects, and ensuring the implementation of service processes at channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical complaints of vehicles in the field and rectify defects
  • Maintain and handle internet-based warranty
  • Ensure implementation of service processes at channel partners
  • Develop secondary channels for service delivery
  • Provide feedback on company and competitor products
  • Train service managers and develop special service support for strategic customers
  • Ensure execution of spare parts orders by channel partners
  • Manage spare parts inventory and MIS on service
  • Monitor performance of ASCs and service camps
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Critical experience in Mahindra Leadership Competencies
