The City Manager plays a pivotal part in propelling the growth and success of our organization. This crucial position is responsible for forging and managing strategic partnerships with medical professionals and healthcare institutions to drive patient referrals for crowdfunding and medical loans through our platform.
Primary responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team in your region, ensuring target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development. You will also be responsible for developing novel crowdfunding and lending opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing financing solutions at partner hospitals.
In addition, you will drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and financing options. This requires setting revenue goals and managing both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.
You will also provide ongoing market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions. Furthermore, you will ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders. Finally, you will take full ownership of the regional P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.
This is a high-impact role with direct influence on healthcare access for patients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment. They should also have experience in team leadership and sales target achievement, as well as a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement is highly desirable. A background in managing large sales teams or partner networks is also an advantage.
