Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless support and maintenance services to our customers. This involves regular visits to their premises to resolve any technical issues with our digital screens, ensuring they are running smoothly.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing all work (repairs, installations, training) in accordance with established guidelines.

">

One of the key requirements of this role is to be able and willing to perform emergency call-out services. This means being available to provide fast and efficient services to our customers whenever they need it.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for creating Functional and Design Specifications in close collaboration with our customers.

">

Furthermore, the selected individual will maintain technical coordination and a highly responsive service-oriented interface to the customer, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Lastly, the candidate will coordinate with the Manager of the Field Applications Engineering team to prioritize, set up, perform tests, and provide reports for all applications testing of new and existing products.
