Talent Acquisition Specialist Job

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will drive the identification, onboarding, and maintenance of relationships with influential individuals across various social media platforms.

Your primary focus will be cultivating talent partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers, content creators, and stakeholders, to deliver impactful initiatives that meet our brand objectives and target audience needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard influencers who resonate with our brand vision.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
  • Collaborate with account managers and stakeholders to develop influencer marketing strategies.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with influencers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
