Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top influencers across various industries and channels, creating proposals, and identifying new talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will support us in delivering the best influencer proposals to prospective clients.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for influencer marketing or social media who can bring creativity and strategic thinking to our projects. You will work closely with our team to match brand and influencers based on client briefs, expand our database with new influencers, and nurture existing connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers, and online media in designated verticals and social platforms;
  • Establish new partnerships and projects as an influencer liaison;
  • Participate in brainstorm sessions as the influencer expert for the project/campaign;
  • Match make between brand and influencers based on client briefs, showcasing creative and strategic thinking;
  • Expand our database with new influencers and nurture existing connections;

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' work experience in an influencer marketing agency;
  • Passion for influencer marketing or social media;
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging, and other social networks;
  • A strong personality with the ability to work independently and within a team;
  • Excellent research skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
  • A structured approach to work, including planning and organisation skills;
  • Social media literacy with an understanding of current trends;
