Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and contribute to the functions of Sales within the Sales Department at ibis Mumbai Vikhroli, ibis Navi Mumbai & ibis Thane, ensuring that various activities are properly and accurately recorded in accordance with Accor's Policies & Procedures and local regulations.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and going on sales calls.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Master's in Sales.
  • 5 to 7 years' of work experience.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate/pro-active).
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
  • Pleasant personality and grooming.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
