Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to lead and deliver innovative AI-related projects.

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in core business analysis in the life sciences domain and AI technologies, complemented by a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required.
  • Alternatively, 6 to 8 years of experience in core business analysis in the life sciences domain and AI technologies, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field will be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and their applications in the life sciences, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, as well as the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering AI-related projects, are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset are necessary for this role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, are also required.
  • Familiarity with life sciences/pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and industry standards is highly valued.
