Job Description**:Chief Executive Officer (CEO), LABELLE.**

**Position Overview**:
The CEO of Labelle is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing company operations, and ensuring the execution of the business's mission and vision. The CEO has to play a crucial role in shaping the company culture, making key decisions, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy and vision.
- Set and communicate clear goals and objectives for the organization.
- Drive the company's growth and revenue strategies.

**2. Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure they align with the overall strategy.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized.

**3. Financial Oversight**:

- Develop and manage the company’s budget and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**4. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
- Communicate company vision, mission, and values both internally and externally.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage the executive team and encourage a high-performance culture.
- Foster employee engagement and development through coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies.

**6. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the company has robust policies and procedures in place.

**7. Innovation and Change Management**:

- Encourage innovation within the organization and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Lead change management initiatives in response to market trends and business needs.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience of 10-15 years, with last assignment in a senior managerial position within a small to medium-sized company.
- Experience in handling multiple location operations, services industry preferred ( Retail banking, Food & Beverage, Salons, Clinics, Fitness, Education, Training etc)
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions, such as marketing, sales, and operations.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
- Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
- **Education**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in in any Discipline from a reputed University, Master’s in Business Administration preferred
