About this role

We seek a seasoned HR leader to head the Human Resources function across our organization.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end HR operations, managing senior HR leaders, implementing and governing HR policies and compliance frameworks, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR from top-tier institutes and over 20 years of experience in HR operations within large organizations.

Key skills required include strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams, deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and execution, and ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details.
